OUR GOOD FAITH CONTRACT TO YOU

First.. Our protection..

We will NOT nickel and dime you with website traffic fees!
If your website uses excessive bandwidth (in our opinion)
we may elect to raise your monthly fees for service.
Most of our clients will never fall into this category.

Now.. Your Protection..

If we do need to raise rates you will be notified prior to your billing.
If you choose not to accept new rates you are free to cancel or switch
your hosting before your next billing period where new rates apply.
We will assist. Our Good-Faith Contract protects you here as well.

* Notation 1:

Storage & Hosting is provided under the following conditions:
1. No adult content or links to adult content of any kind.
2. No illegal content or money scams of any kind.
3. Site must not contain exploits or spyware.
4. Other exclusions which are basically implied by the above.

You have the right to cancel and leave at any time.
Since we bill monthly, no refunds will be provided.
We have the right to cancel your services at any time,
without warning and without reason. We will refund the
entire month's fees to you if we do so unless you have
severely violated the basic terms above (1 through 4).

** Notation 2:

The monthly hosting fees do not include the cost of
registering a domain name for your website or email.
Your Data Center sells domain names at very low prices.
There is a discount on all new domain registrations too!

Important: Once a domain is purchased at Your Data Center
or any other domain registry there is no way to refund the
registration fee. Our price is about $12.50(us) per domain
for in-demand domains such DotCOM. We sell many types!

About purchasing domains from another domain registrar:
We will not inflate any prices on outside registrations.
We simply pass on any fees if you choose another registrar.
